I come home from work every day with the intention of working more. So I've been reading about stress management, and one of the things I've seen recommended a couple times is to keep a journal. • I am still in love with my sleeping pills. I've discovered through some trial and error that trazodone has a very narrow window of sleeping -- so my usual "get in bed and read/play games/whatever for 45 minutes" method does not work.
